We are wine-lovers who have a penchant for exclsive dishes. Since 1990 we have been  serving an exclusive six-course meal that varies every day.

Where does the name Broeding come from?

Broeding is a fish, a crossing between an Arctic char (Salvelinus alpinus) and a brook trout (Salmo trutta fario). We created the word-blend Broeding from the English brook trout   and the Swedish roeding (arctic char).
